The PAC is Now Open

We are excited to see you back at the PAC!

Everyone has a part to play when it comes to reducing the risk of COVID-19 exposure to you, your family and friends, our staff and our community. Together we can share the magic of live theater in a welcoming environment, while supporting each other's wellbeing.

To help you have the most magical and safe experience possible, we have put together the following guide to help you plan for and enjoy your visit.

What You Need to Know

Our plan to reduce your chance of exposure to the coronavirus begins the moment you find an event you want to see.
Our plans are subject to change. Please check again before your event for the latest updates.

Self Assessment

Please stay home if you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Contact CenterTix for a refund as soon as you learn that you cannot attend due to illness.

Entry Screening

All Individuals will be temperature screened prior to entry. Household groups that include someone with a fever or other COVID-like symptoms or who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days will not be able to enter.

Travel Restriction

Anyone who has traveled outside of Alaska or been in close contact with someone who has traveled within the last 14 days will not be able to enter.

Check-In

Before entering, each adult will complete a quick check-in form that records name, phone number and email address. This information will be stored for 30 days for contact tracing purposes.

Face Coverings

Masks or face coverings must be worn over the nose and mouth at all times while inside the Alaska PAC. Free face masks are provided by request.

Physical Distancing

Audience members will be required to sit only in their seats, which have been assigned to allow for physical distancing. Distancing will also be enforced thoughout the venue.

25% Venue Capacity

Capacity has been reduced to approximately 25% of total seats. Enough empty seats have been removed from sale to keep each household group separated by at least 6 feet or more.

Hand Hygiene

Please wash or sanitize your hands regularly. All restrooms and additional hand sanitizing stations are available.

Cleaning & Sanitation

The venue will be cleaned and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day.

Access Restrictions

The Patron Lounge and coat check will be closed. Please bring only what you can keep with you throughout the event.

Concessions

Temporarily closed. When concessions return, menus will be limited to speed service. Touchless transactions encouraged whenever possible.

Communication & Signage

On-site signage and announcements will reinforce health and safety messaging thoughout the event.
