The PAC is Now Open

We are excited to see you back at the PAC!

Everyone has a part to play to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for you, your family and friends, our staff and our community. Thank you for assisting us in our efforts to help everyone enjoy events at the PAC!

To help you have the most magical and safe experience possible, we have put together the following guide to help you plan for and enjoy your visit.

Our plan to reduce your chance of exposure to coronavirus begins before you arrive.
Our plans are subject to change. Please check again before an event for the latest updates.

Self Assessment

Please stay home if you have a fever or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms. Unvaccinated people who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days should stay home. Contact CenterTix for a refund as soon as you learn that you cannot attend due to illness.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are optional. Face coverings are recommended for unvaccinated audience members. Staff will be wearing masks too. If you do not have one, the PAC has a free mask for you.

Physical Distancing

Ends September 1st

This summer, audience members seats have been assigned to allow for some physical distancing. Beginning September 2021, events will return to full capacity with no distancing.

50% Venue Capacity

Ends September 1st

This summer, capacity has been reduced to approximately 50% so that each household group can be separated by some distance. Beginning September 2021, events will return to full capacity with no distancing.

Hand Hygiene

Please wash or sanitize your hands regularly. All restrooms and additional hand sanitizing stations are available.

Cleaning & Sanitation

The venue is cleaned and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day.
